These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of treatments and services from us. Please read them carefully. By booking a treatment or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to book or receive any treatment at Aureva. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to decline treatment if we are unable to verify that you meet this requirement.
We do not treat anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
3. Consultations and consent
All clients are required to complete a consultation and medical questionnaire prior to receiving treatment. This allows us to assess your suitability and identify any contraindications.
You will also be asked to sign a consent form before each treatment, confirming that you understand the procedure, potential risks, and aftercare requirements.
We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if, in our professional judgement, it is not appropriate for you at that time. This decision will always be made in your best interests.
4. Bookings and deposits
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
If you cancel with 48 hours' notice or more, your deposit will be transferred to a future appointment. Deposits are not refunded in cash.
If you fail to attend your appointment without any notice ("no-show"), your deposit will be forfeited and we reserve the right to require full payment in advance for any future bookings.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at hello@aurevaesthetics.com as early as possible and at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Given our clinic operates primarily on Saturdays and select Wednesdays, late cancellations leave very limited opportunity to offer your slot to another client. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
6. Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit and debit card (processed via Stripe through Pabau)
Cash
Klarna (buy now, pay later – subject to Klarna's own terms and eligibility criteria)
Full payment for your treatment is due on the day of your appointment, minus any deposit already paid.
Klarna financing is provided by Klarna Bank AB. Aureva is not responsible for any decisions made by Klarna regarding eligibility or credit. Please review Klarna's terms and conditions before using this payment method.
7. Packages and courses of treatment
We offer packages consisting of multiple sessions at a discounted rate. By purchasing a package, you agree to the following:
Packages are personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person
If you wish to discontinue a package part-way through, a refund will be calculated based on the full single-session price for any sessions already received, deducted from the total amount paid
For example: if a package of 3 sessions is priced at £600 and the single-session price is £250, and you have completed 1 session, your refund would be £600 minus £250, totalling £350.
This policy exists to ensure fairness and to prevent the package discount from applying to sessions that have already been delivered. We reserve the right to decline a refund request where we reasonably believe the package has been misused.

8. Results and no-guarantee disclaimer
All treatments are carried out by trained professionals using industry-approved techniques and products. However, results are not guaranteed and vary between individuals depending on factors including age, skin type, lifestyle, medical history, and individual response to treatment.
We make no representations that any specific outcome will be achieved. Any before-and-after imagery or case studies shared on our website or social media are illustrative only and do not constitute a guarantee of results.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Aureva's total liability to you in connection with any treatment or service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that treatment
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of our services or website
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law
10. Health and safety
It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical information during your consultation, including current medications, allergies, previous treatments, and any known contraindications.
Aureva accepts no liability for adverse reactions or complications arising from information that was withheld or not disclosed at the time of consultation.
Please also ensure you keep your personal belongings secure during your visit. Aureva accepts no responsibility for any items lost, misplaced, or damaged on the premises.
11. Website use
Our website is provided for informational purposes only. While we take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of content, we do not warrant that information on the website is complete, current, or error-free.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information found on our website.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the website or any part of it at any time without notice.
12. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Aureva Aesthetics Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
13. Complaints

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may wish to seek independent advice or escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.

15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
